The Warlingham Community Recycling Centre on Bond Road, is temporarily closed from 23 May for essential maintenance works, reopening to residents at the end of July.

The maintenance works are needed so that Surrey County Council can continue to provide a local recycling facility for residents. They include:

- Resurfacing and new road markings

- Replacing the fencing, site gates, kerbing, bollards, height barrier and container stops

- Repairing the boundary wall

- Updating the site office and staff welfare facilities

During the works residents are asked to use the Caterham Community Recycling Centre, for household waste.  Residents with non-household waste should use the Earlswood Community Recycling Centre.
