Gareth Swain - Regional Manager

Gareth is in charge of the Surrey contract. He has been Regional Manager since March 2010 and before that worked for SITA UK as Regional Manager in the West Midlands. Gareth has worked in the waste industry for more than 20 years.

Neil Ducker - Operations Manager

Neil oversees the operations on SITA Surrey’s community recycling centres and waste transfer stations. He has worked for SITA Surrey for nearly nine years, with more than 20 years in the waste industry over all.

Steve Bosdet - Senior Site Manager, Charlton Lane

Steve is responsible for Charlton Lane community recycling centre and waste transfer station in Shepperton. He has worked for SITA Surrey for almost seven years and has previously managed our Leatherhead and Slyfield sites.

Lee Ruck - Site Manager, Slyfield

Lee looks after our Slyfield site in Guildford. He was previously site supervisor at Leatherhead waste transfer station and community recycling centre and has worked for SITA Surrey for almost six years.

Tom Jones -  Senior Site Manager

Tom is SITA Surrey's Senior Site Manager, over seeing all 15 community recycling centres. He has worked for SITA Surrey since 2008 and has held a number of different roles within SITA UK.

Carol has been in charge of the Epsom site since early 2012. She has had a number of different roles in SITA UK, including managing Mitcham Waste Transfer Station in South London.

Beverly Sheridan - Project Manager

Beverly is responsible for overseeing all SITA Surrey’s build and development programmes, including recycling centre redevelopments. Beverly has worked for SITA Surrey since 2007.

Alison Bennett - Communications Manager for the South East

Alison is responsible for all communications within SITA Surrey and the wider south east region. She has worked for the company since January 2009 and has a background in journalism.

Ewa Kus - Invoicing Process Manager

Ewa is responsible for providing financial analysis, producing financial reports and auditing. She previously worked in the banking and insurance industries and has worked for SITA Surrey since April 2011.

Keith Lipscombe - Commercial Manager

Keith became SITA Surrey's Commercial Manager in 2010 and is responsible for looking after SITA Surrey’s customers and business. Keith is also responsible for developing new recycling / landfill diversion opportunities for both Surrey County Council and Surrey's commercial customers.  He has worked for SITA UK for six years.
